I’m getting hair feathers (and maybe an extension or two) on Saturday!

A salon is teaming up with the Firecracker to provide people with festive red, white, and blue hair feathers and hair extensions.

I’ve seen it in person and on a couple of shows and I really like it and have been thinking about it for a while now…and I’m getting it done on Saturday. The girl said they can last for a while so it’s not a couple of days thing…squee! I’m excited about it 😀

I went running last night and got my three miles in. It was soo humid out it made me want to quit! But I got er done, in 53:57 for an average pace of 17:59 per mile. So a little bit better than Monday’s run. Saturday I plan on running again, and then I’m probably either going to just do 2 on Sunday or take it as a rest day. Either way, I’m getting excited for Monday.

The Yellow Dog has been limping for the last couple of days, so I am going to do a very intensive examination of his paws tonight and see if it’s just a sore spot on the pad or between his toes, or if I need to take him in to have it looked at. So we are probably going to be on restricted activity for the next couple of days, just to see how that works out for him.

I have some things bugging me, but since I can’t change the people who are doing the bugging, I’m just trying to whoosaa it out and move on…

Tonight is a pretty dull night here at the Misadventures household…going for my last session with the little girl I’m helping on her 4H project, and making fishsticks for dinner! I love fishsticks!! I’m too weird right?

In the meantime, I’m debating on my next haircut…I plan on getting it cut and possibly colored in a couple of weeks (yay!) and I really want to cut my bangs like this:

So I’m trying to decide if those will really work out for me or not…decisions, decisions…
