Yeah, so I talked yesterday about tracking my eating using MyFitnessPal. So I actually put in EVERYTHING I ate yesterday and no wonder I don’t lose any weight-hello 3000+ calorie day. Holy shit. I wasn’t even hungry for half the junk I actually ate. SOOO, I think we need to take a look at what I am actually stuffing in my pie hole during the day.
So our vacation to the Lake is set. For the week of my birthday. Which I suppose I’m slightly excited about, but not quite at the same time. I will also be coming back from Arkansas that weekend so that should be interesting. Drive 7 hours, compete, hopefully qualify, drive 7 hours, laundry, pack dog crap, drop dogs off, pack my crap, buy groceries for trip, drive 3 hours, and then vacation! That’s a lot to do in such a short amount of time. Like a REALLY short amount of time. So this is why it is necessary for me to lose some chub so that A) I look better in my swim suit and B) I can pack and wear more shorts so that they take up less space. Yeah!
I think it would be so much fun to rent a paddle board and take it to the Lake so that I could paddle board around our little cove area and get some exercise. Since I probably won’t be allowed to run while I’m down there. Maybe. M might let me. Possibly. But I do really want to learn how to paddle board. They do lessons/rentals at Creve Couer lake during the summer time. I need to contact the company and find out when because I think it would be so much fun!
This Saturday I’m having a 3.5 hour spa day with my mom and sister for Mother’s Day which includes a massage, facial, and manicure, among other things. I’m kind of looking forward to it, but at the same time not because I’m not a huge fan of strangers touching me. So I will have to let you know how it goes.
