I hope everyone had a great holiday yesterday and if you’re stuck at work like me it’s not to painful for you!

My holiday started with the O’Fallon Firecracker 5k, which I will detail more in my review and recap. Let’s just say it was hot and my ipod died a slow and painful death. Now I have to use M’s old ipod, and while it functions, it’s only a 4gb and is almost full. I would like to get a new nano, because I’m a fiend about colorful stuff, but I might have to wait on that for a bit.

Then I headed to my in laws so I could finish quilting my sisters quilt for her birthday gift. Thankfully I managed to get it all quilted and now all I have to do is bind it and then she can have it forever. After that I headed to my parents house.

Then I headed home where we watched the STL fireworks on TV, since all the surrounding areas had cancelled and we both had to work today.

Now all that’s left to do is work on cleaning the house, again. Shit never stops I swear!

Speaking of never stopping-my God Pinterest! It sucks me in every time I look at it. I am in love with Pinterest and have managed to do a few things that I have found on there…mostly crafty thing but I did try a hairstyle. I also found some awesome Frye boots on there and I am now the proud owner of a pair. Fairly confident that Pinterest is the Internet form of crack. Has to be!
