Holy Moses! I’m finally getting around to posting after dealing with this weird illness that has taken over my body. For the past three days I’ve had no voice (and to be honest, it’s a bit sketchy today as well). It started last Friday with what I figured was going to wind up being a sinus infection, but by Sunday I was feeling quite a bit better. And then by the end of Monday night at the tax office, my throat felt like it was on FIRE. Tuesday I could kind of croak out words, Wednesday I did myself in by the end of the work day and could make no sound, and yesterday was pretty rough as well. Today is the first day that I’ve been able to speak in anything louder than a whisper.

I’m supposed to be doing the Truffle Shuffle tomorrow morning, and since I’m feeling better(ish) I probably will. Then I have the whole house to myself so I have so much stuff that needs to get done. I’ve been go go go the past three weekends, so it’s been a little hard to find the time to get anything accomplished. So that is tops on my to-do list for the weekend.
