WTH February?

Umm…where the hell did February go? It’s seriously over in a couple days. Which I’m not too upset about since the month was kind of a wash for me.

I did lose one pound, which is kind of a miracle consider my eating and working out has been absolute shit this month. Barely any yoga, and then I haven’t hardly packed a single lunch. Dinners haven’t been that great either. But that’s that and I can’t change any of what I did, so I can only try to make next month better.

I’ve got my half training plan all set out. I used the Smartcoach tool from Runner’s World (www.runnersworld.com). You better believe I am going to take advantage of the whole 24 weeks it gives you to set up a plan. I also made up calendar pages writing it all and color coding it (I desire to be super organized, but then my laziness kicks in and per the norm, everything falls to the wayside). So, with my fancy-pants color coded workout/training calendar I’m hoping that perhaps next month will go a little better than this month. Or, at the very least, I’m going to do my damnnedest to make it so!

My weekend was pretty uneventful. We went to the fish market in the city and bought some fish and shrimps and then had some tasty lunch a Llewellyn’s in St. Chuck. So good! I had the Llewellyn’s Burger, which has their signature pepper cheese on it. Delish!

I’m ridiculously tired today because I went to bed way too late last night. I don’t know what I was thinking. I hope the weather manages to keep it’s shit together and not go all snowmeggedon on me while I’m trying to drive home. Mama don’t have time for that! I’m skipping yogahour tonight, just so I can stop by the meat market and get some stuff I need that I haven’t managed to get the last couple weekends I’ve been free.Then it’s home to try and rescue my disaster of a kitchen and catch up on my guilty pleasure show, Pretty Little Liars!
