So, now that I’m down to once a week appointments with the chiropractor, I can start looking at working out again. Yay!
So if you look at my little side bar there you will see that I signed up for two races in December. Yes they are back to back 5k, but I will only run one of them hard and I will take it more easy with the other one. I also plan on doing a turkey trot on Thanksgiving but I have to figure out which one I’m going to do, because I have heard anything from the one that’s held in my town.
I went a head and put two yoga classes on my schedule for next week as well. We shall see how it goes. I have to be careful who’s classes I attend because some of the teachers are new and I feel like the use downward facing dog as a safety pose. The class that made me decide to go finally get my shoulder/back area checked out we spent about 75-80% of the class in down dog. So, I’ll be avoiding that particular instructor for a while.
Today is my Momma’s birthday! Shout out to the best mom a girl could ask for 🙂
We are having dinner at their house tonight to celebrate and watch the World Series, the football game, and whatever else might come on TV.
