I always love looking at those project 52 or project 365 hashtags and seeing the beautiful photos people post. I always want to participate, but we all know how good I am at sticking to something. This year though I am going to give it a whirl and post each Sunday. But I am putting my own little twist on it!

I believe the basis for these projects is to take a NEW photo and share it, but that is not what I am going to do. You see a couple years ago I went to Italy and never got around to sharing my pictures here with you on the blog. Some got posted to my instagram, but those were only photos I took with my phone, not with my big camera. So, each week I am going to feature a photo from my Italy trip, and tell a bit about it.

So Project 52: Italy Edition is born!

For our trip, we stayed at the Four Season Hotel Florence. It has two buildings that guest stay in, and this was our courtyard garden just outside our side of the hotel. It was beautiful! There were so many sculptures and statues around our hotel grounds.
