Yeah right!

After spending all morning at the grocery store and then coming home and dropping my whole gallon jug of milk on the floor, just as I was putting it into the fridge, and having it split down the side, I now have to tackle laundry, dishes, and cleaning my house. All of which I *really* don’t want to do.

Yesterday was so much fun! I got up around seven, because the dogs pretty much refuse to let me sleep, and hit the road about to go running around 7:50. It was so humid and that made it seem so much hotter than it really was. I did manage to get in my two miles at a 17:45 per mile pace, for a total time of 35:22. So a slight improvement over thursday’s run. My calves did feel tight still, but they didn’t bother me too terrible much on the run.

After my run I ran to Wentzville to get some blood work done and then my niece came over to start our day together. We went and picked out the fabric to make her two dresses, as well as some thread and a pattern. Then we headed over to my parent’s house to go swim in their sweet new pool. I loved it and Miss N had so much fun she “swam” (I use the term loosely) for 3 or 4 hours and was ready to pass out when we went out to dinner with her mom and dad. Once I got home, I was able to check out my super awesome I don’t know how to apply spray on sunscreen so half my upper arm is burnt and the other half is white like paper burn lines.

Basically that was all to my day yesterday, since I pretty much passed out after getting home. Now I have to work up the motivation somewhere to get cleaning on the house 😦
