I’m schweaty right now…I just finished this workout I found on Pinterest (LOOVVEE Pinterest!). It’s a weekly workout, one for each day of the week and they are fairly tough. I’m sure I am going to feel it tomorrow. It consisted of

  • 100 Jumping Jacks (I split these into increments of 25)
  • 50 Crunches
  • 20 Tricep Dips
  • 15 Squats
  • 20 Lunges (Each Leg)
  • 70 Russian Twists
  • 20 Standing Calf Raises
  • 5 Push-ups (girl style for me!)
  • 30 Second Plank
  • 10 Lunge Split Jumps

And that was Mondays workout.

This weekend went pretty well. Friday night we had dinner with M’s family at one of the Mexican restaurants in town, Saturday we went to Olive Garden, which was crappily slow, and then Sunday we had dinner with my family at my parents.

Saturday morning is rained pretty good which was desperately needed. Now if it could just keep that up! Sunday I went to Yoga in the morning and then got the dogs and headed over to my parents to hang by the pool and have dinner.

Today my only workout will most likely be this strength training number, and maybe some foam rolling once I get home. Tomorrow I will do Tuesday’s workout and try to get some miles in. It’s a little cooler out, so it shouldn’t be too brutal out there.
