Not even a question. At least not to me! No chafing whenever possible please. And thank you!
I’ve never really had any experience with chafing (that I can remember) until I became overweight. And even then, it’s not so much the “chub rub” of my thighs as it is where clothes touch me. And one of the biggest culprits is your underwear. I know we’ve all been there. So (of all places) I was in Victoria’s Secret the other day and noticed they had these seamless underwear in their Pink section, I had to take a look. The label said “Yoga” on the inside band (tagless naturally). So I bought a few pairs and wore them to yoga. They didn’t move one bit and help wick away moisture. So I tried them out for running. No chafing! They fall under the 5 for $26 category, which is pretty decent. Plus they come in tons of fun colors with cute sayings and such on them.
So if you are in the market for underpants that don’t chafe or move when you’re running or down dogging, these are the ones to try. They come four different styles, bikini (blue & zebra print), hipster (pink), boyshorts & thong (not pictured). I don’t really care that much to wear them with jeans, because they seem to ride up on me with those.
Now on to the rest of my evening-
I ran last night! About time, right? It was a good run, I only did two miles. BUT I did run the entire time with the exception of the first .2 miles. My only qualm was how dark it got. Ugh-that one of the few things I dislike about fall. So no more after 6 p.m. outside running for me 😦 Looks like I will be becoming friends with a treadmill near me soon. Since today is M’s birthday, and I’m not 100% on what we are doing yet, I may not get a workout in today. However if we all go out to Gulf Shores then I might take a walk in the park before dinner since I will have sometime to kill while waiting for them to all get to Chesterfield/Creve Couer.
Then tomorrow evening is yoga! So excited to be back. I had a really awesome practice on Sunday and I was feeling really strong throughout the class, other than the midway point when the smell of peanut butter hit. I like peanut butter and I like peanut butter cups, but for some reason, if I’m not eating it-then the smell of it will make me feel sick to my stomach. Especially if I don’t already feel good or am working out apparently. So maybe the peanut butter cups that were in the chocolate box will be gone by tomorrow! And since I will have an hour to kill before class, I am going to try to get either a walk or a 30 minute run in before hand. We will have to see.
So far so good during my day. Nothing out of the ordinary I suppose as far as all that goes.
