Tomorrow kicks off my March calendar of changes. I decided to focus more on making changes this year rather than setting huge goals for myself that I always fail to accomplish. I did ok in January, but this month has been a total crap-shoot, so I’m looking forward to working at getting back on track next month.
So even though tomorrow evening is a rest night, I will be kicking off Friday morning with a Bikini Body workout from the Beach Babe DVD by Tone It Up. Wish me luck!
I also need to take time tonight to a) clean off my coffee table and b) make up my grocery list for the next couple of weeks. I also need to decide what I’m going to eat for lunch and snacks the next couple of weeks. I definitely need things that are simply and easy to prepare and won’t get all nasty on me while sitting in the fridge waiting for me to eat!
I’m going to try to post tomorrow about the workout, but I don’t know if I will get to it. If not, it will be up Monday, along with my weekend workouts and activities. Workouts are scheduled-activities will be kept to a minimum because I have SO MUCH TO DO!!! Like clean out my refrigerator and finally get all my dishes washed because it’s embarrassing. And set out a mouse trap or two to try and catch the little bugger I saw scooting across the living room floor this morning…not having any of that!
